Vintage NOS? Coast to Coast Sprayer~Hand Pump Fly Bug Plant Garden Steel Sprayer

Coast to Coast hardware store branded hand pump sprayer. Unit is in very nice condition and might never have been used. It may be new old stock. I can not guarantee this. The price tag is still on the unit.
The steel canister is nearly rust free with just a bit of light rust here and there inside of it. The handle pumps rather freely. I suspect the rubber or leather on the plunger has dried out. Perhaps it will expand once it is dampened, but I'm not sure. I'm also not sure the rubber or leather can be replaced. Unit will make an excellent vintage display.
